We base this concept on the biblical foundation of The Parable of the Sower. We are reminded in Luke 8:8 what can occur when seed is sowed in an environment that is conducive to growth: “Still other seed landed on good soil. When it grew it produced one hundred times more grain than was scattered.” We are convinced there is truth in this parable for ministry leaders when they endeavor to create environments, like the “good soil”, conducive to growth. When leaders invest their time, efforts, and resources in creating healthy climates we believe the return will exceed our expectations as God intervenes.

As Paul says in Ephesians, “Glory to God, who is able to do far beyond all that we could ask or imagine by his power at work within us.” That’s our prayer and our goal at Cutliv8 Group…to come alongside you through coaching or training to help you assess the current reality of your ministry environment, help you discover the key elements needed to create a healthy environment, and finally to help you create a contextual plan to see your ministry thrive.

At Cultiv8 Group, we believe that effective ministry occurs not because of what you do, but rather is a result of the environment you create. That’s why we seek to offer coaching, strategies, and conversations to help leaders CULTIV8 healthy ministry environments. Think of it as a greenhouse approach to ministry. You can’t force a plant to grow! Rather in a greenhouse you can create an environment (through the right amount of sunshine, moisture, temperature, soil, fertilizer, etc) that is most conducive to growth.
